Registration Cut-Off Dates: While the UltraSignup registration will stay open until Nov 21st , you’ve now missed the earlier one, Oct 26th, which marked the point at which we needed to order apparel & other goodies. If you still want to enter, you likely won’t get that stuff even without a reduction in entry fee (we’ll order a few extra, but those will distribute thinly). Late entrants can, however, still join us for dinner, held this year at the Pavilion (in the Park, also serving as Start/Finish). Don’t wait to get an e-mail from The Dip on point; send him one separately from your registration itself.
As for refunds for those unable to make it to Chicot, we’re past that point where we start to spend some sizable bucks, so you can consider your entry fee as donation to the cause (more goodies to buy for those who DO show up).
